RPTA

Riverside Plaza Tenants’ Association (RPTA) was established in 1986 to serve residents of the Riverside Plaza Housing Complex, which was constructed in 1973 as part of the new “New Town – In Town” model to dramatically integrate housing, jobs, arts, recreation, shopping and health care.

Riverside Plaza Tenants’ Association (RPTA) is a non-profit organization serving Riverside Plaza residents in the Cedar Riverside area of Minneapolis. RPTA has successfully operated as a community service organization that creates a cohesive community that embraces, represents, and furthers the diverse economic interests of the Cedar-Riverside Plaza residents and surrounding neighborhood residents.
